Recondo Technology Strengthens and Expands Business Development and Sales Leadership Team with Three Healthcare Technology Industry VeteransGREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., March 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Recondo Technology (Recondo), the leading provider of cloud-based revenue cycle connectivity and applications, today announced the addition of three healthcare industry veterans to its leadership team as part of an aggressive go-to-market strategy.
The annoucement comes shortly after Recondo appointed veteran healthcare executive Jay Deady as its new Chief Executive Officer and Ralph Keiser as the new Chief Growth Officer. In addition, Recondo announced in January that the Recondo Reconbot™ solution has received full U.S. patent status. Recondo's go-to-market growth strategy is in response to growing market demand for its solutions as more hospitals seek human-touchless patient access and claims processing technology to speed upfront cash flow, lower claims denial rates, and reduce costs. "Alicia is well-known in the industry and enjoys an impressive track record of increasing sales effectiveness and forging positive client and business partner relationships for well-recognized vendors in our industry," said Jay Deady, Chief Executive Officer, Recondo. "She will work closely with Ralph and the rest of the executive team as Recondo continues to create and launch innovative solutions to help our clients' transition to new payment models and achieve immediate positive financial impact for their organizations. Similarly, Jamie and Kevin also have the experience, market knowledge and Health IT expertise that are critical to understanding each client's unique business needs and ensuring they receive the full benefit of their investment in Recondo's solutions as they transition to value-based care. I am positive the talent, creativity, and experience each of these leaders brings to their roles will propel our company forward as we continue to leverage the strong market opportunity." Hanson, Oakes, and Kenny will all report directly to Keiser. Alicia Hanson has extensive experience in hospital revenue cycle technology and services. While at MedAssets, she managed value-added revenue cycle reseller relationships. Prior to this role at MedAssets, she served as their Assistant Vice President of Revenue Cycle, overseeing sales teams, defining new processes and tools, and identifying target accounts. Hanson also has served in senior leadership positions related to the hospital revenue cycle at Lifecare Management Services and Cerner Corporation. Jamie Oakes possesses more than 20 years of healthcare and technology industry strategic sales experience focusing on both hospital HIS and revenue cycle. While at Adreima, he was responsible for creating a new sales region in the Southeast as well as regional and national service strategies. His experience also includes senior sales leadership positions at B.E. Smith, Wolters Kluwer Health, Craneware, Cerner Corporation, and McKesson. Kevin Kenny is an accomplished new business and client HIS sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales quotas as a result of cultivating positive relationships with executives and key business stakeholders. His 20+ years of healthcare industry sales experience includes a long and successful tenure in various strategic sales roles for Allscripts and Eclipsys (now Allscripts), as well as financial decision support and revenue cycle solution providers Transitions Systems (TSI) and SDK Healthcare Information Systems (SDK).
