Taiwan Star Telecom Signs Multi-Year Agreement for NetCracker Revenue Management Solution and Managed ServicesNetCracker Technology announced today that Taiwan Star Telecom has agreed to a multi-year extension of NetCracker's (News - Alert) Remote Managed Services for its billing operations. Taiwan Star Telecom is a 4G mobile operator based in Taipei, Taiwan. In June 2014, Taiwan Star acquired 3G operator Vibo, making it one of the leading mobile operators in the Taiwanese market. Vibo has been a NetCracker customer since 2003, with NetCracker taking responsibility for Vibo's billing operations via a remote managed services model.
