Motorola Solutions Declares Quarterly Dividend, Sets Date for Annual Meeting

Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI (News - Alert)) today announced that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share payable in cash on April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2015.

The board also set May 18, 2015, as the date for its 2015 Annual Stockholders Meeting to be held in Washington, D.C., and set March 20, 2015, as the record date for determiningstockholders eligible to vote at the Annual Stockholders Meeting.
