Video Guidance's Rachel Rice Named CFO of Parent Company, BCS GlobalRachel Rice, the longtime CFO of Video Guidance, has been named CFO of London-based BCS Global Networks, Inc. Video Guidance and BCS Global merged last month, bringing together two leading companies in the video conferencing market. Video Guidance became a wholly owned subsidiary of BCS and retains the respected Video Guidance name and brand in the U.S. Rice will oversee all financial control and planning activities for both companies. (Photo: Video Guidance) The new company combines the sales and operations of two highly regarded leaders in visual communications, creating a formidable, cloud-based global enterprise that links BCS Global's capabilities in Europe, Canada and Asia with Video Guidance's in North America. "I am pleased to name Rachel as the new CFO of BCS Global," said Clive Sawkins, CEO of BCS Global. "Video Guidance unquestionably fits our sales, operations and culture like a glove. This strategic move is aimed at bringing both sides of the business closer together, while ensuring the company as a whole will move forward with a combined vision." Rice joined Video Guidance as CFO in 2000 and has been responsible for its finance, accounting, human resources and administrative functions. She earned her MB in Finance from University of St. Thomas' Opus Business College. Rice serves as treasurer of the board of directors for Riverton Community Housing in Minneapolis. "Serving as CFO of both companies allows the two businesses to seamlessly work together," said Rice. "I'm thrilled with this new opportunity and look forward to bringing the knowledge and experiences I have gained at Video Guidance to the global table."
