Aternity® Achieves 40% Year-over-Year Sales Growth, Secures 95% Customer Renewal Rate

results of a breakout year for sales and customer growth.
Highlights of Aternity's (News - Alert) 2014 achievements are summarized below under
four key areas:

Sales Growth - The company achieved 40 percent growth in sales
YOY driven by a record number of enterprise-wide deals across all
major industries including financial services, healthcare, energy,
insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, and legal.
Approximately 60 percent of the company's new license sales came as a
result of new customer adoption, representing a 25 percent increase in
the customer base. A 250 percent increase in sales to existing
customers was also realized, representing about 40 percent of new
license sales.

Customer Satisfaction - Customer satisfaction continues to be
the top priority of the company, and in 2014 Aternity achieved a 95
percent renewal rate from existing accounts.

Partner Expansion - Aternity forged new strategic partnerships
with market-leading Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) vendors,
including Citrix,
Good
Technology and MobileIron
to address enterprise demand for ensuring the productivity of their
obile workforce. Collaboration with partners like Unisys (News - Alert) Corporation,
Wipro Ltd, HCL Technologies, CSC, Zensar
Technologies, and Capita plc, addressed strategic enterprise IT
initiatives focused on cloud, virtualization, data center upgrade,
outsourcing, and enterprise mobility.

Industry Recognition - Aternity earned recognition
by the American Business Awards, including a Gold Stevie Award and the
People's Choice Award, along with a number of accolades for product
innovation focused on enterprise mobility.
