Integrated Legacy Solutions Supports Corporate Growth With One New Hire, Two Executive Promotions


Integrated Legacy Solutions (ILS), the leading provider of legacy image and data migration and conversion tools to the financial industry, has hired Ethan Feyt as Implementations Analyst for their OmniViewTM Product Suite in the Banking division. In addition, the company has promoted two industry experts, naming Kyle Kolb as regional sales director for the Southeastern U.S. and Steve Paradine as regional sales executive for the Midwest and Northern Regions.

Ethan Feyt is a graduate of The University of Alabama, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, while also specializing in Information Technology. In his new role, Feyt will focus on client satisfaction starting with the sales turnover process through the implementation process. He will also work with systems database and support for all ILS clients.

In addition to Feyt's new role with the company, ILS has promoted two of its existing industry experts tofurther support the organization's on-going expansion. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Kyle Kolb leverages his understanding of image technology to assist financial institutions with managing image conversions and migrations. Kolb also assists financial institutions and service bureau or technology vendors on more efficient ways to convert image data from legacy archives allowing for faster new customer on boarding. Prior to joining ILS, Kolb was an image conversion specialist for Jack Henry & Associates. He additionally held a position as strategic account manager for Fidelity National Information Services (News - Alert) (FIS), where he solely managed financial institutions assigned to him for promoting and cross selling FIS software suites of solutions.



Steve Paradine is a financial industry veteran bringing more than 25 years of sales experience to his new role with ILS. The majority of his sales career has been focused on selling image related products and services to financial institutions. Prior to joining ILS, Paradine held several positions with FIS Global including senior sales executive, regional sales manager, account sales director and product sales consultant. Additionally, Steve served as regional sales manager of Summit Financial Solutions, Inc. (a subsidiary of CSI (News - Alert)), as well as regional director of Sales with BISYS Document Solutions.
