Ocean Bank Names Christopher Sanz SVP & Head of Preferred PracticeOcean Bank has hired Christopher Sanz as Senior Vice President and head of its new Preferred Practice Division. In his new role, Mr. Sanz leads a group of specialized lenders providing customized banking solutions to physician-owned practices and other professional service businesses. Mr. Sanz, who has been in South Florida banking for nearly 15 years, was most recently Physician Practice Group Leader at BankUnited, where he was a top producing team manager. He previously held sales and leadership roles in PNC (News - Alert) and Bank of America. He currently serves on the board of directors for Health Access Network of St. Lucie County, a 50c(3) charity also known as HANDS, a Volunteers in Medicine Clinic™ serving patients in St. Lucie County. Mr. Sanz became a board certified medical practice executive through the American College for Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) in 2010 and is currently a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
