Zain organizes 'Customer Day' to get hands-on experience [Kuwait Times]

Senior company officials led by Zain Kuwait's Chief Executive Office Omar Saud Al Omar personally interacted with customers and experienced first-hand the role Zain personnel play in delivering excellent customer service. The Customer Day program is a result of Zain's core belief that both customers and employees are key players in its ongoing success.
