Prior to re-joining the company, Jim managed Key Accounts at DNV KEMA, a leading global authority in the energy industry, where he was responsible for sales and business development across multiple service lines. Prior to DNV KEMA, Jim led Tollgrade's Telecom sales in the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) and Independent Carrier (IOC) markets. Jim received his MBA from Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
