Wilson Electronics Expands Globally; Launches New Product Line in Malaysia

Wilson Electronics, the global leader in cellular signal boosters, brings its award-winning line of products to Malaysia. Additionally, to coordinate the distribution of its products in Malaysia, Wilson Electronics (News - Alert) has signed an agreement with Digital Paper, a leading distributor of consumer technology.

The Products

Wilson Electronics will launch two cellular signal boosters in Malaysia: one for designed for a single-user in a vehicle and the other for a whole home or small office.

Wilson Electronics cellular signal boosters are designed to improve cell reception and coverage for all mobile network operators, whether a user is in a vehicle,in an office or at home. The results are fewer dropped calls and connections; Wilson Electronics signal boosters provide cellular users with a stronger and more reliable signal, minimize "dead zones," extend signal range, and enable faster data transfer rates and improved battery life for wireless devices. Additionally, each product features sophisticated proprietary cellular network protection technology and IP, designed to prevent the possibility of interference with cellular networks.

Leadership and Distribution in Malaysia

To head sales and support operations in Malaysia, Wilson Electronics has appointed Young Ryu as the Country Manager. Ryu brings a wealth of experience with more than 30 years in the RF communications market. Prior to joining Wilson Electronics, Ryu was a senior applications engineering manager for Asia at RF Micro Devices. Ryu also served as sales director for East Asia at Sirenza Microdevices (News - Alert) Inc. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.

As the official distributor for Wilson Electronics' products, Digital Paper will be tasked to leverage its large dealer network to create awareness for the products. Digital Paper combines premier products with market-leading dealer support.
