RR Media's work in restoring British Pathe's historic archive took place earlier this year, with the project involving the reformatting and delivery of one of the largest archives of historic audiovisual content to YouTube. With over 85,000 pieces of video content, the archive contains footage of some of the most significant moment in 20th century history, including news reels from the First and Second World Wars. This award recognizes the fact that audiences can now access 3,500 hours of high-resolution content on any device via YouTube.
