I DON'T LOSE SLEEP OVER COMPETITION: KUNAL BAHAL, CEO SNAPDEAL(Indian Business Insight Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Kunal Bahl, the co-founder and chief executive officer of e- commerce player Snapdeal.com, has stated that he does not lose sleep over competition as e-commerce is still small at present and the opportunity is phenomenal. The company has announced that it raising $627 million from SoftBank Corp of Japan, a leader in Internet technology funding. The investment will be the largest single-piece investment in Indian e-commerce. Snapdeal.com has raised close to $1 billion so far since Jan 2014, but spent only about $100 million. |
