Scott Churilla Named to Design-Build Institute of America Board of Directors


(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 27 October 2014 Release date- 24102014 - Scott Churilla, vice president, Integrated Delivery Programs with HDR, was recently elected to serve a three-year term on the Design-Build Institute of America national board of directors.



He is based in the Omaha office.

Churilla currently serves on two DBIA committees. The Design Advisory Council Committee offers education, outreach and networking opportunities to the design community to advance participation in DBIA and the design-build market. He also plays an active role on the Contract Document Subcommittee. He has been active in DBIA for eight years and is a DBIA Designated Design-Build Professional.


Churilla has been with HDR since 2005. As vice president, Integrated Delivery Programs, his responsibilities include partner development, commercial risk analysis, project pursuit and execution support, and contract administration. He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Alfred University and a juris doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown.
