Results of Operations and Financial Condition On October 23, 2014, LogMeIn, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2014. Regulation FD Disclosure On October 23, 2014, the Company announced that its board of directors approved a new $75 million share repurchase program. This new share repurchase program is in addition to the Company's existing $50 million share repurchase program, pursuant to which the Company has spent approximately $40 million to date. Any share repurchases made pursuant to the new program will be made from time-to-time in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions or otherwise, in accordance with applicable securities laws and regulations. The timing and amount of any share repurchases will be determined by the Company's management based on its evaluation of market conditions, the trading price of the stock, regulatory requirements and other factors. The share repurchase program may be suspended, modified or discontinued at any time at the Company's discretion without prior notice. This announcement is included in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
