(Fort Worth Star-Telegram (TX) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Oct. 19--Case Commercial Real Estate Partners is expanding and rebranding its self-storage brokerage service, with longtime Fort Worth commercial real estate broker Richard Minker leading the effort.

The rebranded service will be called Case Self-Storage Advisory.

In the past two years, Case's self-storage service has sold more than a dozen self-storage facilities, with sales totaling more than $35 million, the firm said.

"We have a long and very productive history of providing consulting services to investors in this unique industry," said Tom Sutherland, a Case principal. "Case will invest new resources to ensure that our growth in this segment not only continues, but accelerates the platform to provide even more comprehensive services to our clients. It will be big." Minker has been a commercial real estate broker for 34 years and at one time operated the Richard Minker Co. in Fort Worth. He has spent the past 15 years specializing in the self-storage market. He will be joined in Fort Worth by Chad Snyder as an associate and by Dani Hall, who will provide research and marketing assistance.

Case Self-Storage is affiliated with the Argus Self-Storage Sales Network, a nationwide network of independent brokers specializing in self-storage brokerage.

The Self-Storage division will also provide property management, financing advisory services, and seller and buyer representation.
