ManageEngine Sets Date to Host IT Service Management User Conference in San Francisco Bay Area [Professional Services Close - Up]

According to a release from the Company, the two-day conference will focus on ManageEngine's IT service management products and will feature product training sessions, customer case studies, one-on- one sessions with product experts, hands-on labs to discuss technology implementations in real time, and product road maps and updates.



UserConf14 will be held November 13-14, at the Zoho Corp. headquarters and event center in Pleasanton.

"Our user conference has become a much-anticipated, annual event that gives our customers a chance to immerse themselves in ManageEngine solutions. The training tracks at UserConf14 will include several sessions for ServiceDesk Plus and Desktop Central. Agenda details are available online. Attendees will also be able to take the certification exam at no additional cost and become a ManageEngine Certified Product Specialist.
