Key goals of the program roadmap are: Provides a standard User Interface to all licensing systems in the Commonwealth regardless of back end software product (e.g. Accela, System Automation, Tririga) Provides information and access to Municipal permits using a standard template Provides a wizarding capability to direct constituents on which licenses/ permits are required based on activity Allows constituents to pay for multiple transactions across multiple Agencies and municipalities via a shopping cart As part of the initial implementation, the MassIT Enterprise eLicensing Team is building a Professional Services team to implement into the Accela platform the Contractor Certification processes for the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). The Senior Configuration Analyst is responsible for executing the business analysis and system configuration activities / deliverables for Accela implementation projects. This individual is accountable for business analysis, workflow design and documentation, configuration, and coordination of user testing. The Senior Configuration Analyst works with Enterprise Program Manager and team to ensure that the business analysis and system configuration activities meet MassIT customers business requirements. The Senior Configuration Analyst will be adept at understanding each customer s organization, business processes, application environment, culture and requirements.
