Broadsoft Assigned Patent(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) By Targeted News Service ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 2 -- Broadsoft, Gaithersburg, Maryland, has been assigned a patent (8,850,051) developed by two co-inventors for methods, systems and computer program products "for transaction-based internet protocol (IP) telephony call processing." The co-inventors are Steve Bakke, Addison, Texas, and Gerardo Delgadillo, Frisco, Texas. The patent application was filed on Feb. 17, 2006 (11/356,742).
