"With Munis, the city can begin to move away from the use of paper and utilize electronic processes to streamline business processes, which saves time and ultimately saves taxpayers money." In addition, the city valued Tyler's evergreen philosophy, which includes future Munis updates as part of annual maintenance at no additional cost to Tyler clients. "Newer technology is easier to maintain and is more dependable and secure than the older legacy systems we have been using for the past two decades," said Huntsville Director of Information and Technology Services Bill Steiner.
