This is disgusting. A situation on a new development, namely no phone of internet connection for six months and only a possible date for connection in the future! What sort of third world development is this to be put in Bideford? Both the developers and their choice of telephony provider BT OpenReach should be ashamed. At the very least the developer should have seen if they could have obtained an alternative provider. This is a part of the problem we face in Devon (also the South West), central government ignores the lack of viable telecommunications connections for us.
