Verizon Earns Highest Ranking in J.D. Power 2014 Wireline Customer Satisfaction Study [Health & Beauty Close - Up]


(Health & Beauty Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Verizon's voice and broadband services for very small businesses - with 19 or fewer employees - outperform all their competitors when it comes to overall customer satisfaction, according to the latest J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Business Wireline Satisfaction Studysm.



In its release, the Company said that its voice and broadband services - FiOS Internet and High Speed Internet - ranked highest among small-business competitors in overall satisfaction and four factors: performance and reliability, communications, sales reps and customer service.
