The consultation concerns supplies of telecommunications services in the context of a group of commands between the following entities: the town of Troyes, Le Grand Troyes, the towns of Saint-André-The Orchards, La Chapelle Saint Luc and the municipal social welfare center. It was agreed that the city of Troyes is coordinator until notification of markets. As for execution, each community will run in its own name markets.
