Utah Public Service Commission Issues Telecommunications Order Regarding of the Application of Wide Voice, LLC(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 12 -- The Utah Public Service Commission issued the following telecommunications order: In the Matter of the Application of Wide Voice, LLC for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Provide Resold and Facilities-Based Local Exchange Services within the State of Utah DOCKET NO. 14-2572-01 SCHEDULING ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING ISSUED: September 12, 2014 The Administrative Law Judge for the Commission held a scheduling conference on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Justin Jetter, Utah Assistant Attorney General, appeared for the Division of Public Utilities (Division), along with Ron Slusher, Technical Consultant. Wide Voice, LLC (Wide Voice) did not appear. The Division noted it had attempted to reach Wide Voice before the scheduling conference to discuss a proposed schedule, but Wide Voice did not respond. The Division proposed the following schedule, which we adopt as the schedule for this docket.
