Ascom Network Testing Introduces TEMS™ Capacity Manager

Ascom (News - Alert) Network Testing (www.ascom.com/nt) announced today that it has launched TEMS™ Capacity Manager, a revolutionary new software solution that addresses the complex problem of managing Radio Access Network (RAN) CAPEX investments for mobile network expansions. Currently, most network operators either overbuild and under-utilize network assets or add capacity too late - after the network performance declines and subscribers churn. With TEMS Capacity Manager, operators can now add capacity to their growing networks in a just-in-time manner based on the customer experience targets they want to provide to their subscribers.
