ATEN International Filed Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Five Companies in the United States


TAIPEI, Taiwan --(Business Wire)--

ATEN (News - Alert) International (TAIEX: 6277), the world-leading designer and manufacturer of advanced connectivity and management solutions, today announced that it officially filed patent enforcement actions in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on August 6, 2014 against five companies, including Uniclass Technology Co., Ltd., Dongguan UNICLASS Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., AIRLINK 101, PHOEBE MICRO INC and BROADTECH INTERNATIONAL CO,LTD. (LINKSKEY).

Additionally, ATEN has officially filed a patent infringement lawsuit asserting five US patents against KVM Switches' related products to US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas after having fully grasped the specific infringement evidence.
