Good2Go Offers Discount to Arizona Drivers who Install Text Blocking Devices [Manufacturing Close - Up]

(Manufacturing Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Good2Go reported that its Cell Phone Safety Discount is now available in Arizona.

In its release, the Company said customers will receive 5 percent off bodily injury, property damage, and collision coverage per vehicle for installing a device that blocks distracting cell phone functions such as text messaging, email, and Internet browsing.

Good2Go noted: Eligible drivers can receive this discount by simply installing a qualifying text blocking device in their vehicle and providing a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase via email, fax, or postal service.

Text blockers are hardware/software that disable certain functions of cell phones such as texting, email, and Internet browsing while a vehicle is in motion. Only essential call functionalities are permitted such as 911 emergency calls.

Arizona is one of five states that has not enacted a statewide ban in texting while driving. However, it is still illegal for school bus drivers and truckers to text and drive.

Based in Atlanta, Ga., Good2Go is a member of American Independent Companies, which offers affordable car insurance online.
