The contract is the provision of virtual private electronic communications network for data and voice communications services. Secondary (backup) connection is realized according to the node type as follows: - Type 1 radio connection in the licensed band, - Metallic Type 2 connection (alternatively can be used in the radio access licensed band or optical connection), - Type 3 (DSL may be alternatively used metallic connection Leased Line).
