(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) HOT SPRING COUNTY, Ark. (PRWEB) August 11, 2014 E-recording in Hot Spring County, Ark., is now available through Simplifile, the nation's largest e-recording service provider, enabling recording customers to submit land record documents to the clerk's office via the Internet for faster, more efficient recording.

Using Simplifile's secure, web-based service, customers such as title companies, banks, and attorneys can electronically prepare or scan, upload, and submit documents to the clerk's office where they are received, reviewed, stamped, recorded, and returned in minutes.

"My experience with Simplifile has been superb," Brown added.

Fewer payment errors and fewer rejected documents are also some of the benefits that come with e-recording.
