United States : COMVERSE buys SOLAIEMES [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Comverse, a Wakefield-based telecommunications software firm has purchased Solaiemes for an undisclosed sum. Solaiemes is a Spanish telecommunications firm. According to the firm, the deal is not expected to have a material impact on revenue or profitability for the quarter or fiscal year.
