Vyve Broadband Completes "Tuck-In" Acquisitions in Oklahoma(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) RYE BROOK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 08/06/14 -- Vyve Broadband recently completed the acquisition of certain assets of Reach Broadband and all the assets of Lakeview Cable, whose systems complement the Company's existing footprint in Oklahoma. The acquisitions in Eufaula, Cache, Pecan Valley and the surrounding communities will increase homes passed by 7,000, to approximately 310,000. Vyve Broadband is a next-generation broadband MSO led by President and CEO Jeffrey S. DeMond and EVP and CFO Andrew Kober. The company's aggressive growth plan was first announced through the acquisition of certain assets of Allegiance Communications and James Cable 2013. These recent "tuck-in" transactions further rationalize the company's footprint by adding markets to ongoing infrastructure upgrades. The acquired systems will be upgraded to deliver broadband speeds up to 105Mbps as well as all-digital video technology and a state of the art voice platform, consistent with the Company upgrade strategy across the country. The former Reach and Lakeview systems have been immediately merged into Vyve's existing operations.
