This hands-on presentation will demonstrate how security analysts,
researchers and data scientists can take any relational data set,
massage the format and ultimately visualize the results. The
presenters will share observations drawn from the results of the
visualization that would not have appeared in traditional simple
text form. They will also discuss how the engine has been used by
OpenDNS to track CryptoLocker and CryptoDefense ransomware, Red
October malware, the Kelihos botnet and even trace specific Syrian
Electronic Army (SEA) campaigns.
