Some more interesting numbers -- In the year 2013 Apple music fans purchased more than 25 billion songs using iTunes store from more than 120 countries, averaging over 15,000 songs downloaded per minute. On other side, Larry Page of Google mentioned Google Play Store has surpassed 50 billion app downloads by mid-2013 and according to Statista, a leading statistics portal, about 1.5 million Android devices are activated every day, which means almost 1050 in a minute.
