Reappointments to the Committees: Tatsuzumi Furukawa (Director of Fujitsu Limited) Michiyoshi Mazuka (Senior Executive Advisor and Director of Fujitsu Limited) Megumi Yamamuro (External Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Fujitsu Limited and Special Counsel of URYU & ITOGA Law P.C.) New Appointment to the Committees: Jun Yokota (External Director of Fujitsu Limited and Special Advisor to Chairman of KEIDANREN) Regarding the Executive Nomination Committee and Compensation Committee: Establishment: October 2009 Purpose: (1) To ensure the transparency and objectivity of the process to select executives of the company; (2) To ensure the transparency and objectivity of the process to determine executive compensation, as well as the appropriateness of compensation systems and levels.
