O2 customer loyalty hits record high

British mobile operator O2 saw churn, the rate at which subscribers quit, fall to a record low of just one per cent of its users over the past three months. The firm, which is part of the Spanish Telefonica corporation of European operators, increased its customer base by 140,000 helping to boost revenues by 0.1 per cent to £1.38bn.
