Christine Richard, President of Orion Research, Affirms Findings on Herbalife Nutrition ClubsNEW YORK --(Business Wire)-- Statement by Christine Richard: "On July 22, I presented the findings of months of research conducted by my firm and by others associated with Pershing Square on an Herbalife Nutrition Club training program called Club 100. Among the findings: Club 100 tells distributors that by joining the group they can expect to reach the President's Team level of Herbalife's marketing plan and earn more than $500,000 a year. Club 100 also tells trainees that before they open an Herbalife Nutrition Club they must complete a training program. That program requires trainees and those they enlist to help them complete their certification course to become conscripted consumers at Herbalife Nutrition Clubs. The end result is that much of the consumption in Herbalife Nutrition Clubs is driven by people attempting to qualify to participate in a deceptively promoted business opportunity.
