Gary C. Bhojwani is Chairman of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America; Sally J. Smith is President and Chief Executive Officer of Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc.; and Steven A. White is President, Comcast West Division. Mr. Bhojwani will join the Compensation, Governance, and Contingency Committees; Ms. Smith will join the Audit and Contingency Committees; and Mr. White will join the Governance and Contingency Committees. None of the elected members are a party to any transaction with the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, and the Company has not entered into any material contracts or arrangements in connection with their election to the Board of Directors.
