The co-inventors are Dylan Sproule, San Francisco, Timothy J. O. Catlin, San Mateo, California, Jason Paul Allen, Seattle, Clayton Rhodes Stark, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, Shane Hall, San Francisco, and Ben Hall, Fairfield, California.
