Absolute Software Declares Quarterly Dividend(Canada Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) VANCOUVER, July 29, 2014 /CNW/ - Absolute® Software Corporation (TSX: ABT), the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and management solutions for computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.06 per share on the common shares in the capital of the Company, payable on August 28, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 7, 2014. Dividends are designated to be eligible dividends pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any applicable provincial legislation pertaining to eligible dividends.
