MorphoTrust Brings New Conveniences to Transportation Workers for HAZMAT Endorsement Threat Assessment ProgramBILLERICA, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- MorphoTrust USA (Safran), a leading U.S. provider of identity solutions and services, today announced that it completed transition of the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HME) Threat Assessment Program (HTAP) to the new Universal Enrollment Services (UES) platform. TSA's HTAP conducts a security threat assessment for individuals seeking to obtain, renew, or transfer an HME on a commercial driver license. During the enrollment process, applicants are required to provide identity and immigration documents and have their fingerprints taken. Maritime transportation workers will also now have the ability to apply at all of these IdentoGO Centers, providing access to TWIC enrollment in some states for the first time.
