Russian Federation : RSCC and ??? ink agreement with ROSHYDROMET [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Russian Hydro-meteorological Service (Roshydromet) has entered into an agreement with Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) and partner ??? Isatel. The agreement is aiming at providing maritime connectivity to the research and survey vessel Akademik Tryoshnikov. The vessel will stay linked during its 82-day expedition using an RSCC-installed VSAT, a maritime stabilized SeaTel antenna and the Somatom control complex. Roshydromet and RSCC are jointly working to bolster the communication systems of the agency s maritime facilities. The contract has been organized by Russia s Arctic and Antarctic Scientific Research Institute, a part of Roshydromet.
