The Kill Switch allows users to disable their handsets remotely in case of device loss or theft. The software enables content to be wiped to stop personal information from being compromised. LG G3 has now been provided with a distinct version of McAfee Mobile Security to offer users an easy and complete way to protect themselves from security and privacy threats and identity theft, through a multiyear global alliance. Antivirus, data backup, remote lock and wipe, and remote tracking can all be availed through the McAfee app at no cost for five years. Head of smartphone planning division of LG, Dr. Ramchan Woo, said : "We are working with McAfee to offer a customized version of its award-winning mobile security software that leverages built-in LG capabilities to make security an integral part of LG G3.
