Japanese firms use leading-edge technology for safety and comfort [Asian News International](Asian News International Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Tokyo (Japan), July 21 (ANI): Cyber security is the need of modern era. And to provide high security service to global clients, Japan's NEC Corporation has established Cyber Security Factory in Tokyo. "Until now, we have provided security service to Japanese bureaucracy. We established customized systems and supported them inside their facilities. But now we gathered personnel and experiences gained from those projects in this factory. We will remotely provide security service for wider range of clients from now. Remote service will save their cost," said Hironori Takahashi, General Manager, National Security Solution Division, NEC Corporation. 50 professional engineers remotely monitor the network and take measures to solve clients' problem. The Factory conducts cyber training exercise and is equipped with customer communication and analysis room which helps to analyze computer virus. Engineers sitting at different locations can have discussions through digital graphic. NEC has made an alliance with Interpol on cyber security. Besides cyber security, the Japanese firms use leading edge technology to provide comfort to people. Haneda International Airport, the state of the art airport which connects Japan to South-east Asia, witnesses large number of passengers every day. EBARA Corporation has installed four chillers, with each having a capacity of 3,516kw. It is equivalent to 1,000 units of the regular home air conditioners. The chillers generate cold water at the airport building which helps to cool the air by heat reactors. "These equipments such as chillers, cooling towers and pumps are durable and survive for over 15 years after installation. EBARA provides life cycle support to its customer for all machine," said Takeshi Hirota, Sales and Marketing Group, Ebara Refrigeration Equipment and Systems Co., Ltd. Chilled water generated by the chillers is delivered to the airport building thorough a pipeline by the pumps. "We are producing high efficiency products to be installed at airports and train stations across the world," added Takeshi Hirota, Sales and Marketing Group, Ebara Refrigeration Equipment and Systems Co., Ltd. This is a "third generation vehicle" with 2 wheels at the front side. The motorbike called 'Tricity' was recently released by YAMAHA MOTOR. "The third generation vehicle provides a new value, surprise and enjoyment with a new riding experience," said Hiroyuki Yanagi, President Representative Director, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. The new riding experience is based on three technologies. Firstly it has a 50-50 body layout. Secondly, it has Parallelogram link to lean front wheels naturally. And thirdly, it has Cantilevered Telescopic Suspension to get comfortable cushioning action which is newly innovated for Tricity. Those technologies achieve lightness and stability. Yuko Oshima, former member of Japanese idol group, AKB48 experience the ride. " I have decided to get a motorcycle driving license," said Yuko Oshima, Former member, AKB48. Tricity is popular among those who are not having much driving experience and want to drive for a fashion purpose. "Design of Tricity is stylish. So I want to go to a fashionable city to enjoy dressing up with it," added Yuko Oshima, Former member, AKB48. YAMAHA is trying to increase its customer base and promoting Tricity as a commuter vehicle. Already on sale in Thailand, the company is trying to launch the product in global market.
