Connected products powered by BEAMRT™, called BEAMables™, are able to interoperate and support both machine-to-machine and human-to-machine communications using in-memory BEAMable™ Apps. BEAMRT can be easily embedded into any micro device or operating system. The BEAMable™ App Platform transports BEAMable Apps from the ControlBEAM™ Cloud to connected products powered by BEAMRT. Once delivered, BEAMRT can process the in-memory app to dynamically render the user interface, manage data, and control a device without any cloud dependency, providing native app performance while minimizing network traffic. Using the ControlBEAM™ Domain Manager (a BEAMable App), manufacturers can create a BEAMable App for their connected products without any coding, as simply as creating a calendar appointment on a smartphone. Once created in the ControlBEAM™ Cloud, the BEAMable App can be embedded within the firmware of a connected product, along with the BEAMRT. The embedded BEAMable™ App can be transported on demand to any BEAMable™ smartphone or tablet to remotely control the connected product.
