Global Information Storage and Management Provider Invests Over $3.5 Million in Kofax Software

Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ and LSE: KFX), a leading provider of smart process applications for the business critical First Mile™ of customer interactions, today announced that a Fortune 1000 information storage and management provider has invested over $3.5 million to expand its existing Kofax software installation, which will now process more than one billion documents each year. The software includes Kofax Capture™, Kofax Transformation Modules™ and Kofax Analytics for Capture™ as well as initial, limited deployments of Kofax TotalAgility® and Kapow Enterprise™.

The sale, which consisted of $3.0 million of software license revenue and over $500,000 of maintenance fees, closed in July of 2014 and represents one of the seven figure software license revenue transactions that slipped from the fourth quarter of Kofax's fiscal year ended June 30, 2014.
