United States : GSA awards US$400 MILLION CAMEO contract to GCS, LOCKHEED MARTIN [TendersInfo (India)]


(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The General Services Administration (GSA) has contracted GCS Inc as a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin for the provision of operation, maintenance, enhancement and development services in support of its application infrastructure.



The CIO applications, maintenance, enhancements, and operations (CAMEO) contract is valued at US$400 million and will see Lockheed Martin and its teammates offering technical architecture development, security services, software development support and other services.

The contract has been awarded as a task order under the GSA Alliant contract and is available for all of GSA.


The main aim of the task order is to transform the specialized applications required by GSA´s Federal Acquisition Service to fulfill its mission as the federal government´s buyer.

The Lockheed-GCS team is responsible for the modernization of these applications, systems and environments, which support the FAS business portfolios, while maintaining stability on critical systems.
