Catherine Fluehmann Unleashes Monster Play Mobile App

(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) (PRWEB) July 08, 2014 A new app for iPhone and iPad combines classic memory card play with freaky, funny 3D monsters. It's available now for $0.99 on the iTunes App Store.

Each monster has a distinct personality put on full display in brief clips whenever a match is made. Some monsters have wings and some have a lot of eyes, while others show cravings for gold or ice cream.

In all, more than 30 monsters inhabit the world of Monster Play. Multiple videos of each monster begin to paint a picture about life on this strange, alien planet. The arrangement of monsters and videos is different every time the game is played.

The memory game itself is familiar and simple: flip over two cards to see if they match. Earn points as you complete each level. Track progress with the leaderboard. A timer records the minutes and seconds you take to play.

There's even a Challenge Mode, in which every match re-shuffles the entire deck of cards and players have two minutes to make as many matches as possible.

App creator Catherine Fluehmann used real-time animation software iClone to make each monster and environment.
