The Trade Desk Names Doireann O Bradaigh as Commercial Director [Professional Services Close - Up]


(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Trade Desk reported the hiring of Doireann O Bradaigh as the company's Commercial Director.

The company reported that O Bradaigh, formerly with Google and The Rubicon Project, joins The Trade Desk following the Company's expansion into APAC, where it opened offices first in Singapore and then in Sydney at the start of 2014.



According to a release from the company, reporting into and partnering with Andrew Tu, The Trade Desk's Managing Director for the APAC region, O Bradaigh's role will focus on the launch of The Trade Desk's RTB presence in the ANZ market where she will assemble The Trade Desk ANZ team, leverage her long-standing local relationships, establish key partnerships, drive revenue goals, and customize the product as needed in such a sophisticated RTB market.

"Doireann is a great fit for growing our relationships in the ANZ region and bringing our APAC expansion to the next level," CEO Jeff Green said. "She joins us with the right level of expertise and credibility in this area along with strong ties to the local industry. We're confident that Doireann will lead our success in ANZ as well as making a significant impact across the entire APAC region as part of Andrew's team there." O Bradaigh's professional roles have spanned from Account Director for Google/Doubleclick Australia, to Business Development for The Rubicon Project - Asia Pacific. O Bradaigh most recently served as Head of Publisher Development - Asia Pacific for Rollup Media.


O Bradaigh is the recipient of the President's Club Award for achieving outstanding results for Doubleclick from 2005 through 2007.
