SOFTWARE WARRANTY LICENSES NEEDED: Portland State University Telecommunications Systems (OIT-TS) desires to purchase: ? AVST Premium XpressCare Software Warranty CallXpress License 1 Year ? AVST Premium XpressCare Software Warranty Speech License 1 Year ? OpenText RightFax Standard Support 1 Year Software Support Needed: Software Maintenance on a 7x24x365 basis for: ? AVST CallXpress (including Web PhoneManager and ICA) ? RightFax ? NOTE: HARDWARE SUPPORT IS NOT REQUESTED! MINIMUM MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Quotations for software warranty licenses must be itemized and separate from software support. 2. Quotations shall be provided for CallXpress Serial Number 1415642111001 and RightFax SUID 64682-12196. 3. Software maintenance must include service and repairs necessary to keep the systems operating in good working order (e.g. labor, software support and consultation with the manufacturers, AVST or OpenText). 4. Emergency Response is required if the system is unable to process calls. Response for this type of emergency shall be no more than two (2) hours of receiving notice from PSU. 5. Non-Emergency trouble tickets shall be responded to on-site within one (1) business day or remotely within two (2) business hours of receiving notice from PSU. Business hours shall be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. 6. Applying updates (patches and upgrades) shall be included under support support and shall be performed remotely at no additional charge to PSU. 7. Quote on-site labor that may be needed for planned system updates, including labor rate and travel. 8. Include in your response a description of how PSU will open a trouble ticket with the provider (e.g. online, via phone, or via email). 9. Indicate if you are an Avaya Platinum Partner and if you have labor resources residing in the Pacific Northwest.
