IMERYS Toiture Selects Aptean Pivotal to Increase Sales and Improve Efficiency

Aptean announced today that IMERYS Toiture, a subsidiary of the Imerys Group
and a French leader in the terra cotta roof tile market has selected the Aptean
Pivotal customer relationship management (CRM) solution to provide complete
visibility of its commercial and marketing activities. IMERYS Toiture has 12
production sites in France and offers a line of 70 types of roof tile in more
than 100 different colors and 700 accessories.
"We chose the Aptean Pivotal CRM solution to better monitor and adapt our
business performance as well as for the visibility of our marketing activities
it provides," said Eric Lebeau, National Sales Manager, IMERYS Toiture.
The flexible framework of Aptean Pivotal will enable the solution to be
implemented around IMERYS Toiture's current business processes and workflows
and provide optimized customer relationship management. Additional capabilities
include:
-- A customized and ergonomic interface depicting key performance indicators
as well as all information pertaining to daily activities.
-- Advanced reporting functionalities.
-- A Windows 8 user interface enabling mobile access to handheld devices and
tablets.
The project was implemented by Ceramis, a key Aptean partner in the EMEA region.
