The Board of Directors: Thomas Johnson Tom Johnson is a graduate of the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida and Harvard Business School. He held several senior positions at Alco Standard Corporation, including COO of the copier division, and was COO at Danka Industries. In 1990, he started a consulting business in the copier industry, and in 1995 founded Global Imaging Systems. Global became a public company in 1998, and was named by Forbes in 2007 as one of the 400 Best Big Companies in America ($1.3 billion in revenue). Global was sold to Xerox later in 2007, and Tom retired from his Chairman and CEO role in 2008. Tom and his wife Jane continue to be major benefactors to the University of Florida, where he is on the Board of the Warrington College of Business Administration and the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Tom is also the namesake for the Thomas S. Johnson Masters in Entrepreneurship and the Head Coaches Office (UF Football). In 2007, he was named a Distinguished Alumnus, and served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Business School. He also serves as a Distinguished Director for Gator Boosters.


Nico Arcino As Senior Director at Kaiser Permanente, Nico Arcino is charged with developing digital health strategies and initiatives for one of the largest nonprofit integrated care delivery systems in the United States. He focuses on the transformative capabilities of mobile, social, web, voice, video and cloud innovations, and studies closely how they might be applied productively in real-time healthcare settings. He strives always to find technology solutions that will benefit and assist the more than 9 million Kaiser Permanente members and 17,000 physicians in his organization. Nico comes to healthcare IT with a longstanding desire to help others. On the path to medical school, he became a paramedic. He took a position in an Emergency Department while continuing his studies, now centered on both medicine and information technology. William Gish As Senior Director at Cerner Corporation, Bill Gish leads all business development activities at the company. He previously was Director of PowerWorks, Cerner's Ambulatory business unit. Before his ten years with Cerner, Bill held multiple leadership positions in Finance, IT Project Development and Operations at Sprint. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Kansas State University.

Isobel Harris As Chief Customer Officer of PeopleFluent, Isobel Harris has more than 25 years of strong, effective leadership and a wealth of experience in the software industry. Jeffrey Lozon Since 2009 until his retirement in 2014, Jeffrey Lozon was President and Chief Executive Officer of Revera, a leading provider of senior living, care and services. Before his leadership role at Revera, Jeff was President and CEO of St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto for 17 years. He was Deputy Minister of Health and Long-Term Care for the Province of Ontario from 1999 to 2000, and has served on a number of national and provincial committees and organizations, including chairing the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer. Jeff holds an honorary Doctor of Civil Laws from Bishop's University, a Master's of Health Services Administration from the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Arts, graduating with honors, from the University of Guelph, Ontario. In 2009, he was appointed as a Member to the Order of Canada.

Michael D. Marvin Currently Managing Director of MDM Advisors, Michael Marvin has over 25 years of experience assisting boards and CEOs achieve dramatic growth or reinvent their companies. He has been active on many boards, including PeopleFluent, KZO Innovations, Blue Slate Solutions, Geac Inc., Vicarious Visions, ReQuest Multimedia, MRO Software, LearnLinc and PowerOne.
